MIDRAND INDUSTRIAL VILLAGE
PROJECT DESCRIPTION :
The Midrand Industrial Village was a commercial development for medium sized companies providing both office and workshop space in one building.
A number of these two storey buildings, all in accordance with the new tenants needs, were designed.
The structures consists of reinforced concrete frames with columns, beams, retaining walls and flatslabs. The roofstructures are all structural steel roof trusses with metal sheeting.
All buildings are founded on reinforced concrete pad foundations.
The parking- and deliveryareas are paved with concrete blocks and a complete stormwater pipe system are installed.
